This certification is required for any YF staff member operating the Meat Shredder.

You will be provided with the Work Instruction (WI) for this machine on your first shift, and provided with all the necessary operational training in the workplace.

A practical assessment must then be completed in order to be deemed "competent" to operate the machine without direct supervision.
